Bognor Makerspace Community Walking Group
Free organised walks from the Makerspace, open to anyone who would like company and fresh air.
Nobody will be left behind, and you can walk in silence if you would rather just be outside with people.
About this service
The Bognor Makerspace runs a community walking group that sets off from its base on Longford Road and takes in routes around the town. Walks are free, at a gentle pace and open to all abilities, with people welcome to go at their own speed and turn back when they need to. It is a simple way to build a bit of activity and company into the week, and because the group comes back to the same place, it is easy to get to know people over time.
How they can help you
Combines gentle exercise with company, at no cost and with no commitment.
What to expect
Meet at the Makerspace before the walk, and the group will head out together at an easy pace.
Who it's for
Anyone in Bognor Regis who would like a gentle walk in company, including people who are new to exercise.
