About this service
Arun District Council’s Housing Options team is the first call for anyone in Bognor Regis who is homeless or likely to become homeless within the next eight weeks. Officers assess your situation, can negotiate with a landlord or family member to keep a tenancy going, and explain your rights and the council’s duties. The service is free, confidential and legally protected, and an out-of-hours number covers emergencies such as being asked to leave tonight. Early contact gives far more options than waiting until the notice period ends.

You will be asked where you are living, what has happened and what you can afford, then given advice and a personal housing plan.
