A free, welcoming family day focused on wellbeing, relationships and feeling good together. With interactive workshops, a creative corner, games, quiet space and the chance to cook and try yoga, it is a gentle, supportive day for families to connect and feel inspired.
You can expect workshops, games, a creative corner, yoga and shared lunch.
This session is suitable for families with at least one young person aged 10 or over (younger children welcome too).
