Pilates
A free wellbeing and movement session at Stratford Library for adults who want gentle strengthening, stretching and core exercise.
Pilates offers a gentle space to look after your wellbeing. It is okay to take part in whatever way feels right for you, and a warm welcome can make taking that first step feel easier.
About this event
These free Pilates sessions at the library offer a calm space to focus on your wellbeing through gentle movement. You will be guided through a series of stretches and core exercises, all designed to leave you feeling a little stronger and more at ease. It is a quiet, natural way to pause your day and take a bit of time just for yourself. The atmosphere is very low pressure, making it a comfortable place to settle in and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are looking to build a bit of strength or simply want to stretch out after a long week, you will find a warm welcome here. It is lovely to share the space with others, but there is never any pressure to do more than you feel ready for. We would love to see you there whenever you feel like coming along.
