There is no pressure at all, just a shared sense of movement and quiet encouragement that makes the morning feel easy and worthwhile. It is a lovely way to feel more connected to your surroundings and everyone else there. If you are new to the area, looking for a bit of company or simply want to feel more at ease in your own neighbourhood, you will be warmly welcomed. Please know that you are more than free to come along and take things at your own pace.
