About this event
Luton Wardown parkrun is a free weekly opportunity to walk, jog, or run five kilometres through the trees and paths of Wardown Park. It is a really grounded, uncomplicated way to get some fresh air alongside others, whether you choose to push yourself or just take a gentle stroll at your own speed. The parkrun volunteers look after the route, ensuring the morning feels relaxed and supportive for everyone involved. You will find that it is quite easy to settle into the pace that suits you best.
Whether you are a regular runner or just looking for a reason to get moving outdoors, you will feel right at home here. It is open to all ages and abilities, so please do come along exactly as you are. There is a place for you here, and it would be lovely to see you there.
