About this event
Lake Farm junior parkrun is a free, friendly space where families come together to enjoy a relaxed 2k walk or run in the fresh air. It feels like a gentle, low-pressure morning in the park, where children can move at their own pace and everyone feels welcome to take part. There is no rush and no expectation, just a sense of shared activity in the open space.
Whether you have children aged four to fourteen, or you are just looking for a positive way to spend time as a family, you will feel right at home here. Everyone is welcome to join in.
