Knitting Club offers a gentle space to look after your wellbeing. It is okay to take part in whatever way feels right for you, and a warm welcome can make taking that first step feel easier.
About this event
Knitting Club is a lovely, quiet space hosted by Sutton Libraries where you can bring along your latest project and settle into the warmth of the library. It is all about gentle creativity and simple, unhurried conversation with friendly neighbours. You might share a new stitch idea or just enjoy the peaceful hum of others clicking their needles while you work away at your own speed. Everything is free, and there is no pressure to be an expert. It is just a calm, honest way to spend an afternoon in good company.
Whether you are a seasoned knitter or just looking for a relaxed group to spend time with, you will feel right at home here. If you enjoy a bit of quiet creativity and want to feel more connected to the people around you, please do come along. You will find a very warm welcome waiting for you.
