Finsbury parkrun offers a gentle space to look after your wellbeing. It is okay to take part in whatever way feels right for you, and a warm welcome can make taking that first step feel easier.
About this event
Finsbury parkrun is a friendly, free weekly community 5K that brings people together in the open air. It is a very natural way to spend a morning, whether you prefer to walk, jog, run, or simply watch the world go by. There is no pressure to move at any particular speed, as the focus is simply on feeling part of the local neighbourhood and enjoying a shared experience.
Whether you are looking to get a bit more active or just want to feel more connected to your surroundings, you will be very welcome here. Please remember to register online once before you come along. It is a lovely way to start your weekend at your own pace.
