The Dunstable Downs parkrun is a relaxed way to spend time outdoors, where you can walk, jog or run a five-kilometre route at your own pace. The local volunteer team creates a friendly, grounded atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease right from the start. It is entirely free and focuses on the simple pleasure of moving through the landscape together.
