Baby Massage is a calm, quiet space at the Tudor Rose Family Hub designed for you to slow down and focus entirely on your little one. It is a gentle, free way to connect through touch, helping both of you feel relaxed and at ease in a supportive setting. The team at Hammersmith and Fulham Family Hubs hosts these sessions to create a shared, positive experience that feels personal and kind.
Whether you are a new parent or a carer, this is a lovely way to meet others with a baby aged eight weeks to eight months. You are welcome exactly as you are.
