About this event
At the Alton Repair Café, you will find a warm, sociable space where volunteers are ready to help you mend your broken things. Instead of replacing items, you can bring along clothes, furniture, electricals or bikes to fix them together using tools and materials provided on the day. It is a lovely way to learn a new skill while enjoying the company of others in a relaxed setting. Everything is free to attend, and the atmosphere is entirely informal and kind.
Whether you have something that needs a little care, want to learn, or would like to help as a volunteer, you belong here. It is a gentle way to feel more connected to your local community.
